Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 bunch kale
  • 1 apple (remove seeds)
  • 1 lemon (whole--no need to peel)
  • fresh ginger to taste

Directions

  1. This recipe requires a juicer. You just juice it all up. Many variations (celery instead of kale for example)
