Tofu Salad

This very simple spread is delicious, dairy-free and reminiscent of egg salad. This is my favorite sandwich filling.

Ingredients
- 1 pound mashed tofu
- 1 cup Tofu Mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped celery
- salt and pepper to taste
