- One 14-ounce can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained
- Drizzle of oil (olive, sesame, peanut, walnut...)
- Salt
- Spices of your choice

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Combine drained beans, oil, salt, and spices, if using in a bowl. Spread, in a single layer, on a baking sheet. Bake, shaking or stirring occasionally, for 45 minutes or until golden-brown and toasted.
