Energy Soup

Ingredients

  • •1 Romaine lettuce leaf
  • •1 Big handful of mixed greens
  • •1/2 Zucchini
  • •1/2 Apple
  • •1/4 Avocado or 1 tblespn of nut of seed butter
  • •1/2 Cucumber
  • •1/2 cup Mixed bean sprouts
  • •1 tablespoon dulse flakes
  • •1/2 cup Rejuvelac
  • •1 * Chili pepper (This soup has a naturally cooling nature hence you can amp up the hot factor)
  • •1 clove Garlic
  • •1 pinch celtic sea salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients (Bar dulse) in your blender

  2. Blend until creamy

  3. Transfer to bowl and sprinkle dulse flakes

  4. Enjoy !!

  5. NB: Ann Wigmore mentions that you should only make what you will eat right away, never store it.
