Ingredients
- •1 Romaine lettuce leaf
- •1 Big handful of mixed greens
- •1/2 Zucchini
- •1/2 Apple
- •1/4 Avocado or 1 tblespn of nut of seed butter
- •1/2 Cucumber
- •1/2 cup Mixed bean sprouts
- •1 tablespoon dulse flakes
- •1/2 cup Rejuvelac
- •1 * Chili pepper (This soup has a naturally cooling nature hence you can amp up the hot factor)
- •1 clove Garlic
- •1 pinch celtic sea salt
Directions

Combine all ingredients (Bar dulse) in your blender

Blend until creamy

Transfer to bowl and sprinkle dulse flakes
