Corn, Avocado & Black Bean Tostados

Ingredients
- 8--6 inch corn tortillas
- salt
- 1 15 oz can drained and rinsed black beans
- 1 15 oz can corn
- 1 small ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1/2 cup cheese
Directions

Bake tortillas 5-7 minutes until beginning to crisp.

Combine all other ingredients.

Top tortillas with mixture.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Broil tostadas until cheese melts.

Serve immediately
