Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus, cut in 2" pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbs butter & flour
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup cream (lt?)
- salt & pepper
Directions

Saute onion in butter for 3 minutes. Stir in flour. Add broth slowly. Add asparagus, cover, cook (simmer) 20 minutes or until done. Puree until smooth. Add cream, s & p, reheat.
