Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbs garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed
- 1 cup cream of celery condensed soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- salt
- black pepper
Directions

Brown beef in skillet until done. Add garlic, mushrooms and oregano, stir fry 5-7 minutes.

Add spinach (drained and squeezed to remove as much juice as possible). Stir in to separate spinach.

Add condensed soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into a buttered casserole dish (I think a 9 × 11). Scatter cheese evenly over top.

Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly at center. Let stand and cool for 10 minutes before serving.
