Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and grated
- 1 cup raisins, soaked in hot water and dried
- 1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries, soaked in hot water and dried
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbs sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
