Ingredients
- 1 4 to 6 lb. brisket
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 envelope dried onion soup mix
- 4 to 5 new potatoes
Directions

Place brisket fat side up in a crock pot. Do not add any water or liquid. Cover brisket with mustard and dry onion soup mix. Cook on low overnight.
