Foreman Grilled vegetables with sauce

Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 3 T cracked black pepper
- 2 c. red wine
- 1/2 c. honey
- Vegetables:
- baby bella mushrooms
- 1 zucchini
- asparagus
- salt
- garlic
- pepper
- 1/2 c. olive oil
Directions

Combine all ingredients for sauce in a medium sized sauce pan and let reduce down on high heat.

Pull sauce off when it becomes thick, like a glaze 8-11 minutes.

Toss vegetables in olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Place vegetables on George Foreman grill and cook until they develop nice grill markings.

Place filets and vegetables on plate, drizzle sauce around the whole dish.
