Maple Mustard Chicken Thighs

Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp grated onion
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs (skinned)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- cooking spray
Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients.

Place half of mixture in ziplock bag.

Reserve remaining mixture.

Add chicken to bag and chill 2 hours.

Preheat grill.

Remove chicken and sprinkle with salt.

Place chicken on a grill 8 minutes on each side.

Serve with reserved mustard mixture.
