Stovetop BBQ Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 TBL olive oil
- 1 cup zero carb bbq sauce
- 1/2 cup water
Directions

Season the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a large nonstick skiller over medium high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, 3 minutes per side.

Meanwhile, whisk together the BBQ sauce and water.

Pour the BBQ sauce over the chicken, lower the heat to medium-low, and let simmer, covered for 35 to 40 minutes until tender.
