Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 50g fresh pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon ground linseed
  • 200 g natural low fat yoghurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • Ice to blend

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a good high speed blender like a vitamix.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
