Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 1/2 green apple
- 50g fresh pineapple
- 1 teaspoon ground linseed
- 200 g natural low fat yoghurt
- 1/2 banana
- pinch of cinnamon
- Ice to blend
Directions

Combine all the ingredients into a good high speed blender like a vitamix.
