Salad with Orange Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 large orange, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • spring mix
  • red grapes

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients except spring mix and grapes until combined. Transfer to a container and store in the refrigerator.

  2. Serve on spring mix with red grapes.
