Ingredients
- 1 large orange, juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- spring mix
- red grapes
Directions

In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients except spring mix and grapes until combined. Transfer to a container and store in the refrigerator.

Serve on spring mix with red grapes.
