Ingredients
- 1. 1 cup + 2 T flour
- 2.1 T Sugar
- 3.1 t baking powder
- 4. 1 t baking soda
- 5. 1/4 t salt
- 6. 1/2 c plain low-fat yogurt
- 7. 1 egg
- 8. 1 T margarine, melted and cooled
Directions

Preheat oven to 425*

Spray baking sheet.

Combine flour,sugar,baking soda and powder and salt. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, egg and margarine.

Add the yogurt mixture to the flour mixture, stirring until just blended.

Lightly flour a work surface and rolling pin.

Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness.

With a sharp knife cut into 12 wedges.

Place on baking sheet.

Reduce baking temperature to 400*, bake until golden,12-15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack(10)
