  • 4 4-6 ounce salmon
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/2 lemon
  • --------------------------------
  • Dill Sauce
  • Yogurt
  • Mayo
  • Dill
  • Lemon

Directions

  1. Spray a lg nonstick skillet w/ Pam.

  2. Sprinkle the salmon w/salt and pepper. Squeeze the lemon over salmon.

  3. Cook the salmon until opaque in the center, 3-5 minutes on eah side.
