- 4 4-6 ounce salmon
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/2 lemon

- Dill Sauce
- Yogurt
- Mayo
- Dill
- Lemon

Spray a lg nonstick skillet w/ Pam.

Sprinkle the salmon w/salt and pepper. Squeeze the lemon over salmon.

Cook the salmon until opaque in the center, 3-5 minutes on eah side.
