MOONG SPROUTS SALAD

Ingredients

  • Whole moog sprouts 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 1/4 cup
  • Chopped tomato 1/4 cup
  • Grated carrot 1/4 cup
  • Grated radish 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice From a lemon
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Cilantro chopped 1-2 tblsp
  • Salt & pepper As needed
  • Sev(optional) 2 tblsp

Directions

  1. Just toss everything in a bowl.

  2. Enjoy immediately.
  3. Add salt carefully as chat masala already has salt in it.
