Ingredients
- 125g butter
- 2T golden syrup
- 1/2 t bicarb soda
- 2T boiling water
- 1 cup rolled oats (90g)
- 1 cup plain flour (150g)
- 1 cup caster sugar (220g)
- 3/4 cup coconut (65g)
Directions

Melt butter and syrup together in a small saucepan.

Combine bicarb and water, then mix into the saucepan.

Dump in everything else and mix well.

Put 1 teaspon balls of mix on an oven tray. Bake in a slow oven (160C) for 15-20 minutes.
