Ingredients
- Seedless dates : 1/4 cup
- Dried red chilli : 1
- Garllic : 2 pods
- Ginger : 1/2 tsp
- Tamarind : as needed
- Salt : as needed
- Sugar : 1/4 tsp
- Mustard : as needed
- Oil : as needed
Directions

Cut ginger into small pieces.

Cut dates into small pieces.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Add red chilli, garlic and fry.

Add ginger pieces, tamarind and fry.

Remove the fried items and grind it in a mixie along with salt and sugar.

Heat oil in a frying pan.

Add mustard and when it splutters, add the ground items.

Stir the contents well and when they are cool, store it in a bottle in the fridge.
