Lemon Ice

Ingredients

  • 11 oz. box of coconut water
  • 2/3 cup agave syrup
  • 2 large lemons juiced

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender.

  2. Add enough water to make 4 cups

  3. blend for several seconds to thoroughly mix

  4. Immediately pour into 1 cup glass custard cup and cover with lid

  5. place in freezer.

  6. to eat, thaw for 5 minutes first
