Ingredients
- 2 cups dried coconut chips
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
Directions

Process coconut in food processor till very small grind.

Add cashews and process till dough-like.

Ad salt and agave and process till mixed thoroughly.

Shape by hand into small quarter size balls, place in airtight container and refrigerate.

Keeps 2 weeks.
