Coconut balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried coconut chips
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup agave syrup

Directions

  1. Process coconut in food processor till very small grind.

  2. Add cashews and process till dough-like.

  3. Ad salt and agave and process till mixed thoroughly.

  4. Shape by hand into small quarter size balls, place in airtight container and refrigerate.

  5. Keeps 2 weeks.
