Chocolate Macroons

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans or other nut
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 3/4 cup raw honey or agave
  • 2/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup or more cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. Grind pecans to fine grind then empty into mixing bowl.

  2. Grind coconut to fine grind then empty into mixing bowl.

  3. Add rest of ingredients to mixing bowl, stirring until completely mixed.

  4. Spoon into small silicone cups.

  5. Place cups on a small cookie tray and place in freezer. Once frozen, pop chocolates out of cups and store in sealed zip-lock bag in freezer.
