Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1/2 pound macadamia nuts, unsoaked
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 T salt
- 3 T garam masala
- cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1 bunch cilantro to garnish
Directions

Break apart cauliflower into florets and set aside.

Blend mac nuts in blender with just enough olive oil to reach a creamy consistency.

Add juice of 1 lemon, salt, cayenne and garam masala. Blend until thoroughly mixed.

Pour sauce over florets and massage to evenly coat.

Place in casserole dish and dehydrate for 1-2 hours at 145o.

Chop cilantro and sprinkle on top to garnish before serving.
