Ingredients
- 2 cups almonds
- 1/2 cup dates
- juice of 1-2 lemons
- 2 cups water
- 2 T psyllium powder (or chia seeds?)
Directions

Blend all ingredients except psyllium/chia.

Add psyllium/chia and mix by hand.

Keeps for 4 days in fridge.
