Chicken Mushroom Stew

Serves 6 people

Ingredients
- 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 cups zucchini, diced
- 1 cup green pepper, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 15 oz can tomatos, diced
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon each dried thyme, oregano, marjoram, and basil
Directions

Place ingredients in slow cooker in the order listed. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Instead of the individual herbs I used 2 tablespoons of Italian seasoning

I cooked the first hour on high then the remaining 7 hours on low.
