Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan (or Sea) salt

Place all ingredients into your food processor (or blender) and whizz up until smooth.

This is a lovely creamy dressing and will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days. Enjoy over a green salad (see seperate recipe).
