Curry Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 apple, cored and roughly chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan (or Sea) salt

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into your food processor (or blender) and whizz up until smooth.

  2. This is a lovely creamy dressing and will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days. Enjoy over a green salad (see seperate recipe).
