Banana Bread Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds, soaked
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil or coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Directions

  1. Grind almonds in food processor.

  2. Add all other ingredients except raisins and process to a smooth sticky batter.

  3. Add raisins to mixture (in processor ) and pulse a few times to combine.

  4. Use 1-2 tablespoons to form each cookie, placing on a tray. Alternatively, spread batter onto a board or worktop and use cookie cutters.

  5. Dehydrate at 115˚F for 6-8 hours.
