Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds, soaked
- 1 banana
- 1-2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil or coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raisins
Directions

Grind almonds in food processor.

Add all other ingredients except raisins and process to a smooth sticky batter.

Add raisins to mixture (in processor ) and pulse a few times to combine.

Use 1-2 tablespoons to form each cookie, placing on a tray. Alternatively, spread batter onto a board or worktop and use cookie cutters.

Dehydrate at 115˚F for 6-8 hours.
