Horseradish Meat Loaf

Serves 6 people
Ingredients
- 4 Slices Wheat Bread
- 1/4 Cup of Milk
- 1/2 Cup finely chopped Celery
- 1/4 Cup Onions
- 1/4 Cup Horseradish
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Chili Sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs lean Ground Beef
- 1/2 Cup Katchup
Directions

Soak bread in milk for 5 minutes, drain and discard milk

Stir in all ingredients together.

Crumble beef on top mix in and shape

Spread Ketchup on top

Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 Minutes.
