Old Fashioned Salmon Loaf

Variations:
Substitute Tuna for some or all of the canned salmon.
Use leftover cooked flaked fish.
Use any combination of cracker, bread or chip crumbs.
Top with basic white sauce and peas
Top with hollandaise and old bay seasoning

Cook time: 60 minutes
Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/2 oz) can salmon
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg (beaten)
- dash pepper
- 2/3 cup milk
Directions

Preheat oven to 375

Drain and flake salmon

Mix all ingredients together

Press mixture into a greased loaf pan

Bake 1 hour

Let stand aprox 10 min before slicing.
