Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1 ounce chopped anchovy fillets
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1 Tbs white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, anchovies, parsley, scallions, vinegar, salt, garlic powder, and pepper and mix well. Place in a covered container and refrigerate until ready to serve. (Keeps covered in the refrigerator for 1 week).
