Ingredients
- 3 C fruit (banana, pineapple, persimmon, kiwi and/or blueberries)
- 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews, etc)
- 1/4 C agave or 1/3 C dates
- 2 C water
- ice (optional)
Directions

If using almonds, blend those with water first. Then filter mylk.

Place all ingredients in blender. Blend till smooth.

Add ice, if using, and mix well. Serve immediately.

Will keep for 1 day in fridge.
