Ingredients
- 1.5 C wild rice (soaked for 24-48 hours)
- 1 C dried cranberries (or golden raisins)
- 1 C cashews
- 1/4 C chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 t salt (if not already on cashews)
Directions

ak rice for at least 1 day, preferably 2. Change water in middle of soaking.

Toss all ingredients together and enjoy.

Will keep for 2-3 days in fridge.
