Dukan-friendly Turkey Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground turkey (turkey mince)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons wheat bran
  • 4 tablespoons oat bran
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic - chopped or crushed
  • generous dash worchestire sauce
  • herbs/spices/salt/pepper as desired (including garlic salt, italian seasoning, oregano, basil)
  • feta cheese (optional)
  • add sugar-free ketchup on top last 10 minutes

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix together well. Place in container appropriate for the method of cooking

  2. Bake covered with foil at 325 degrees F (160 degrees C or Gas mark 3) for 45 minutes
