Italian Sub Stoup

Serves 8 people
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 pounds Italian Sausage
- 1/4 stick pepperoni
- 1 ham steak
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1-15 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 onion
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 pound gemelli pasta
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup parm cheese
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp oregano
Directions

Brown sausage and drain.

Add ham and pepperoni.

Add onions and peppers.

Add diced tomatoes and seasoning.

Then add chicken stock.

Bring to a boil.

Add pasta and cook 8 minutes.
