- 3 teaspoonghee
- 2 teaspoon idli podi

Heat the kadai.

Pour the ghee in.

Put the idli podi and the idlis and stir them for about 2-3 mins.

Remove from fire.

Place them on a large plate around a small cup ofcoriander chutney or plain tomato
