Ingredients

  • 4 idlis quartered
  • 3 teaspoonghee
  • 2 teaspoon idli podi

Directions

  1. Method

  2. Heat the kadai.

  3. Pour the ghee in.

  4. Put the idli podi and the idlis and stir them for about 2-3 mins.

  5. Remove from fire.

  6. Place them on a large plate around a small cup ofcoriander chutney or plain tomato

  7. ketchup.
