Ingredients
- 1/2 cup uncooked whole grain rotini
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded chicken
- 1 onion, vertically sliced
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 zucchini, sliced in ribbons
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Cook pasta

Heat oil, add chicken, onion, oregano, salt, pepper, and tomato.

Combine chicken mix, pasta and zucchini
