Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dark sesame oil
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 4 cups stir fry vegetables
- 14 frozen, pre-cooked shrimp
- 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 scallion, chopped
Directions

Heat oil in large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add the soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic; cook for 1 min

Add veggies, shrimp and cooked rice; cook for 8 min

Remove from heat. Top with almonds and scallion
