Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp water
- 1tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup whole wheat panko
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 4 oz tilapia filets
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 large dill pickle
- 5 pieces dill
- dash cayenne

Spread oil on bakin sheet, heat in 450 degree oven for 5 min

In a shallow dish pour buttermilk and in a second shallow dish whisk together egg white, water, and mustard.

In a third shallow dish combine breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.

Dip fish into buttermilk, then egg mixture, the breadcrumb mix, turn to coat

Place on the hot sheet. Bake, turning once, until golden and fish flakes, easily when tested, after about 20 min.

Mix yogurt, pickle, dill and cayenne to make dip
