Ingredients
- 1 lb jumbo lump crabmeat
- 1 cup diced 1/4 inch peeled seedless cucumber
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup finely slivered basil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 mango
- Mint
Directions

Combine crab and cucumber in a bowl.

Carefully toss together with lime and olive oil.

Add slivered basil, salt and pepper. Combine gently, trying not to break up crab

Mound crabmeat and top with 2 tbsp mango mint salsa

Sprinkle with chopped mint
