Ingredients
- 4 whole grain tortillas
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 3/4 cups mozzarella
- 1/4 cup currants
- 1 small ripe pear, cored, thinly sliced
Directions

Spread 1/2 tbsp on tortilla

Heat two skillets. Place each tortilla, honey side up and sprinkle with 1/3 cup of cheese and then 2 tbsp currants. Arrange pear slices over top sprinkle with remaining cheese over top

Put other tortillas on top. Seal with spatula. Cook 2 min, flip, serve
