Ingredients
- 5 scallops
- 3 tbsp range juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp soy sauce
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 cup bulgur
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
Directions

Marinate scallops in oj, syrup, soy sauce, and garlic for 30 min.

Drain scallops; saute in 1 tbsp olive oil until golden outside and firm inside about 5 min per side

Serve with 1 cup cooked bulgar tossed with tomato, cucumber, 2 tbsp orange juice, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp soy sauce
