PEANUT CHUTNEY RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut
  • 3-4 green chilies
  • few coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt To Taste
  • sugar or jaggery as per taste

Directions

  1. How to make peanut chutney :

  2. • Soak peanuts in little water for half an hour. Shell them and keep aside.

  3. • Chop the green chilies. Blend the peanuts and chilies.

  4. • Add salt, sugar or jaggery and cumin powder and mix again.

  5. • When serving add lemon juice.
