INDIAN MANGO CHUTNEY RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg mango, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 250 gms ginger finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. How to make indian mango chutney:

  2. • Mix all ingredients and give the mixture to boiling. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 45 minutes

  3. • Till the mixture thickens
