Ingredients
- Dry red chillies : 1 tumbler
- Whole Urad dhal : 1/2 tumbler
- Chenna dhal : 1/4 tumbler
- Mustard seeds : 1 teaspoon
- Hing powder
- Oil : 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Directions

In a kadai, heat oil and fry the chillies and dhal till golden brown.

Allow it to cool for 15 minutes.

Dry grind in a mixie with salt.

Store it in an air-tight container.

Use when needed with gingelly oil.
