Green Leaves curry ( Soppu Saru)

Ingredients

  • fresh grated coconut 1/2 cup
  • garlic flakes 4-5
  • green chilles 4
  • onion small 1
  • Sambar powder 2 tbsp
  • Spinach,methi and dill leaves bunch each 1
  • Tomato small 1
  • Toor dal - 1 cup

Directions

  1. Take a big non stick pan and get water to boil and add toor dal, once the dal is 60% cooked mix all the other ingredents and cook till dal and other ingredents are little soft, switch of the stove and let this mxture cool a bit, keep the water seprately and put the rest in a blender and just grind for 1 min, Then mix this mixture with the dal water and boil it for 5min by adding salt. take a small pan and put little oil(1 spoon ) and mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves and make a tadka and put this to the dal and green leaves mixture. Yummy Soppu Saru is ready!!!
