Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 bell pepper, any color, roughly chopped
- 1 T tahini
- 1 T brags
- 1 T lemon (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1-2 T water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Directions

Add all ingredients to food processor (or blender)

Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed
