Hummus (bell pepper)

Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 bell pepper, any color, roughly chopped
  • 1 T tahini
  • 1 T brags
  • 1 T lemon (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1-2 T water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to food processor (or blender)

  2. Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed

  3. Salt and pepper to taste
