Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower (or one pkg frozen)
- 1 Small Red Onion, finely chopped
- 3 Eggs, hard boiled
- 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Cucumbers (see recipe for Overnight Refrigerated Cucumbers)
- 3 Tbsp Mustard
- 1/4 cup Low Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Dill Weed
- Sea Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directions

If using fresh cauliflower, remove stems and heart, divide into bite sized pieces.

Steam until tender and place in large bowl.

Add remaining ingredients.

Toss well to coat.
