Squash Stirfry

Ingredients

  • 1 medium summer squash (sliced)
  • 1 medium zucchini squash (sliced)
  • 1 small onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic diced
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil

Directions

  1. Slice zucchini, summer squash, and onion into thin slices.

  2. Coat pan with olive oil and heat over medium heat.

  3. Add veggies and garlic and heat till done.

  4. Serve.
