Squash, Okra & Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 large summer squash (aprox. 2 cups chopped)
- 3/4 cup fresh or frozen okra
- 2 C tomato, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tbs Olive oil
- Get creative adding seasonings of your choice, Mrs. Dash blends, etc.
Directions

Saute onion using olive oil.

Add squash and okra, saute for 4 minutes.

Add tomatoes.

Add seasonings, sea salt, and pepper to taste.

Cook on medium heat for 1/2 hour.
