- Sugar-free unflavored yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Body FX, any flavor - 1 scoop
- Stevia (or 2nd choice Splenda) to taste
- (Note: Vanilla Body FX is a good coffee creamer and also sweetens.)
Directions

Take a 1/2 cup sugar-free plain yogurt and add 1 scoop Body
